- Each coupon allows you to order 4 dishes from selected items. Coupon can be used at Sawasdee Thai Cuisine and Fork & Spoon. The menu card will be provided at the restaurant.
- You will receive your coupon(s) upon check-in. Each coupon must be used on the date stated and presented to the staff member before ordering.
- Coupon cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or expired.
- Coupon is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

- A full pre-payment is required at time of booking. The credit card provided when booking the room will be charged the total price once the reservation has been processed.
- Reservations made under this rate are Non-refundable : Cancellations, modifications and no-shows will not be refunded.

Please note that bookings made under this rate is NOT confirmed until payment is made. A payment link will be sent to you via email, please also check your spam/junk inbox:
- 01 Apr – 24 Dec : Payment link will be sent via email 10 days before arrival.
- 25 Dec – 10 Jan : Payment link will be sent via email 33 days before arrival.
- 11 Jan – 31 Mar : Payment link will be sent via email 17 days before arrival.
- The payment amount is for the for the full stay. The link is valid for 72 hours and should there be no updates within that time, the booking will automatically be cancelled by the system.
- The payee’s name must match the guest’s name. Should that not be the case, we may ask for additional documents or the previous payment may be refunded, and a new payment will be required.
Cancellations, Modifications and Refund Policy:
- 01 Apr – 24 Dec : Cancellations/modifications made 7 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- 25 Dec – 10 Jan : Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- 11 Jan – 31 Mar : Cancellations/modifications made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
- No shows and Early check-out will not be refunded.
